Hi, I'm Liz (she/her).
My philosophy is that our mind and body are inextricably linked, and that we have to treat the whole person - not just their symptoms.
My expertise is in working with kids and adults with trauma, chronic medical conditions, and medical trauma. I have been working in the mental health field since 2010, and I have been a licensed therapist since 2014.
I have experience working with people that struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, life transitions and chronic medical conditions including diabetes, chronic pain, multiple sclerosis (MS), dementia/Alzheimer's, caregiving roles, cancer, stroke, the transplant process, and more.
